The House
Welcome to our lovely Seaside country house on Evia Island, Greece! Our charming vacation rental in Stomio bay is situated just 100 meters from the beach. It offers a comfortable and spacious living area perfect for your relaxing getaway.
The house features:
Two bedrooms one double bedroom, one room with 2 single beds.
An equipped kitchen and a living room with full sofa and additional sleeping mattress.
One bathroom and a heated outside shower.
Large garden with spacious pergola and a heated plunge pool.

The Beach
Just a short 100-meter walk away (through an agricultural unpaved path) lies the beach, a mix of sand and pebbles, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for your use.
Within a minute's walk you'll find a beach bar (opened in the season) offering a wide menu of meals, cocktails, coffee, beers, and smoothies. Parking is available at the beach and surrounding area (about 50 meters from the house).
A paddle board for your use and enjoyment is in the patio. The bay enjoys the famous meltemi winds from the Aegean sea. The wind provides cooler temperatures and low humidity.
Everything you need for your vacation
Agios Apostoli Village is just a 5-minute drive, featuring tavernas, bakeries, a fishmonger, mini markets, a children's playground, and a pharmacy - everything you need for a relaxing vacation!
The indented, sculpted coastline creates a variety of beaches surrounding the house, each offering its own unique exposure to the wind—so you can always find the perfect spot to match the breeze.
Aliveri. the main town of central Evia, with it's port, restaurants, shops, it's hip coffee shop and other services are 25-minutes drive from the house.
